We Upped the Ante!!!

So ladies, we upped the ante, and our giveaway JUST got a little better! In addition to the Southern Weddings Magazine, Paloma’s Nest LOVE ONE ANOTHER tiny text bowl and Mindy Weiss’ gorgeous rhinestone I DO applique, we’ve added Mindy Weiss’ The Wedding Book, AND, IT’S AUTOGRAPHED!!! Yes Ladies,  a copy of Mindy Weiss’ Big Book For Your Wedding Day, signed by the super talented Mindy Weiss herself!

P.S- Just so you know, Mindy Weiss is also having a super sale at her E-STORE right now. She’s giving 50% off of a select group of items, to make way for some new fabulousness for her Inviting Company Collection!

And because I’m feeling generous, I am also going to throw in a copy of the Summer/Fall WedLuxe Magazine. WedLuxe is Canada’s Luxury Wedding Magazine and is FULL of gorgeous inspiration.

Now, the rules haven’t changed…Leave a comment in my blog post (either this one or the original blog post) telling me what your New Year’s Resolution is, (if you don’t have a resolution, it’s OK, you can also leave me a nice comment about my new blog and website – wink, wink) and, VOILA, you’ve entered! The winner will be picked at random.

The contest will end on Sunday, January 9, 2011 at 11:59 EST

My new years resolution is to allow my creativity to run free so that I can plan a wedding that is truly an expression of both of our personalities. Oh yes, and to greatly reduce the amount of white rice I eat. In an asian household, this is not easy!

Love your beautiful blog! Happy new year to all!

My new year's resolution is to fall in love
with myself & live happier. <3

  • My resolution was to make no resolution. I plan to let things happen and unfold as they will. Sometime letting go of control puts us back in control.

As some of you may know I recently got married.. Cassandre was my wedding planner. I have always bought wedding magazines, ripped millions of pages out, I even worked in a bridal store. I have always loved weddings. I had a horrible experience with my first wedding planner than found Cassandre. It was through working with her for over a year, I realized how difficult yet amazing it is to plan a wedding. I was not always easy to work with. I often changed my mind. But through it all Cassandre was always kind, professional and most of all there for me! She was not only my wedding planner but a friends as well. My New Years resolution is to work towards becoming as fabulous of a wedding planner as Cassandre!! I hope I can be as patient, kind and creative as her one day. Xoxo
